We have collected various forms for free use here. Use it safely!
NB! The files are in a PDF-format. To use these, you need the Adobe Reader (version 7 or higher).
It is recommended to switch on the option Highlight Fields in the upper right corner of the program when opening the templates. This highlights the fields that need to be filled in and fields to be calculated. These are not highlighted on the printout.
If you move the cursor to a field that has to be filled in or is to be calculated, a hint is displayed on a yellow field, indicating what the respective field provides.
If the provided aids are not enough, peruse the options of our accounting software.
Invoices
Invoice form enables preparing a sales invoice for goods, product or service or an delivery note for articles. Necessary calculations are made automatically.
Resolution of shareholders
The form enables preparing the resolution of shareholders regarding different issues. Data of the shareholders can be written underneath the resolution.
Warehouse and cash register inventory
Form for the instrument of warehouse inventory enables describing the value of goods or products in the warehouse as at some date.
Form for the instrument of cash register inventory enables describing the value of goods or products in the cash register as at some date.
Cash orders
Form for cash income order enables preparing an applicable order for cash income.
Form for cash expenditure order enables preparing an applicable order for cash expenditure.
Business trip (assignment)
The form enables preparing a travel expense claim where you can specify different types of expenses. All necessary calculations are made automatically.
